“Omnisphere Horizon II is the sequel to one of my most popular soundset releases. Like the original Horizon, it is a collection of 128 patches for Spectrasonics’ Omnisphere aimed at electronic/hybrid film scoring and atmospheric electronica.
In Horizon II you will find deep, punchy basslines; pulsing, thrilling synth sequences; evolving, driving percussion loops; lush, detailed pads and soundscapes; plus growling basses, emotional pianos and epic impacts.”
And again I had the absolute pleasure to write a demo for this awesome product. Get it while it’s hot!
Mischa Perella and I were working on the music for the upcoming iOS game Cannon Crasha. Cannon Crasha features big cannons, castles, soldiers, 80 levels, 8bit graphics, an upgrade store and multiplayer like in the good old times. And – of course – there is the 8bit-orchestral-hybrid music you are now allowed to listen to.
‘May the fourth be with you’… In that case the fourth installment of The Unfinisheds ‘Massive Darkscore‘ series. Number four brings you even more awesome sounds for Native Instruments Massive.
Once more I had the pleasure to write a demo for this soundset.
“Darkscore IV is a collection of 200 high quality patches for NI Massive, full of gritty basslines, energetic synth sequences, deep pads, roaring basses and dark soundscapes.
If you are looking to add some deep, dark, driving electronics and atmospherics to your music, this collection provides you with a huge range of sonic possibilities. At its core it is targeted at the darker side of electronic film scoring, but is also flexible enough to be used in atmospheric electronic genres such as dubstep, ambient and industrial. The collection has been influenced by recent film scores, such as Total Recall and Judge Dredd, as well as the twisted electronic tones of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.”
“Omnisphere Horizon provides you with a deep and flexible, cinematic sound canvas. Whether you’re writing minimalist underscore in the shadow of Harry Gregson-Williams and Sean Callery, or intense electronica in the vein of BT and Jon Hopkins, you are bound to find a huge amount of inspiration in this soundset.”
And I had – again – the absolute pleasure to write a demo for this great soundset. Get it while it’s hot!
My composition ‘Angelic Endeavors’ was played by the “Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester Frankfurt”. Here is a video of that.
One year ago the ‘Bob & Red Project‘ (myself with Bob Byers as a singer and co-writer) released the song ‘Melt‘ on iTunes. DRS3 played it for several month almost every second day and we got quite some good feedback.
Now is the last chance for you to get that song on iTunes. It will be pulled from the store by the 16th of january, 2013. One month left… Get the track now!
“Absynth Geometron is a collection of 128 beautiful and dark sounds aimed at ambient, downtempo and electronic film scoring.
Full of warm, lush and experimental noises, Geometron specialises in cinematic pads, dusty keys and subtle basses.”
Again Matt allowed me to do a demo for his soundset. Listen to the other great demos and buy the soundset from the website.
I recently cut a little video for my track ‘We have a liftoff‘. I used images from the open source short movie ‘Tears of Steel’
“Massive Ammunition is a new collection of 128 sounds for NI Massive aimed at deep and atmospheric dubstep, industrial electronica and hybrid electronic film scoring. In fact it’s perfect for any music that requires some ballsy bass sounds.”
That’s what is promised according to the website and it is so true. Matt did another awesome job with that soundset and I was pleased to do another demo. Hope you like it and don’t forget to visit The Unfinisheds website and buy his awesome stuff.
